The house took four years to build and even though it is not the largest home ever listed it is one of the most technology advanced properties ever sold and has some of the most incredible views of Los Angeles.

The house measures 38,000 sq. ft. over 4 floors. The house can be accessed by two elevators which have been lined in alligator skin or a beautifully handcrafted, polished steel staircase.
